DISCUSSION ABOUT THE DEVELOPMENT PATTERN OF ORGANIZATIONAL SYSTEM TOWN IN SHANDONG PROVINCE

Abstract  The article made out the development style of organizational system Town in Shandong province according to the present situation and problems of Shandong organizational system Town. The development of system Town in Shandong province must be distributed properly.We must pay attention to the dimensions and benefits of system Town, adjust the estate Construction of system Tow n.The distribution of designated towns in Shandong province is greatly unbalanced, so the density of towns in the east of Shandong province is far beyond that of towns in the west.The layout of towns must aim at achieving economic benefits, social benefits and ecological benefits, made the sustainable development.According to the distribution of towns and other qualifications, we categorize 133 towns throughout Shandong province into four types:accelerating development, stabilizing development, cont rolling development, limiting development.After that, different types should adopt distinct tow's construction pattern.Meanwhile, county towns and more qualified towns should be considered as the emphasis of the development.Important industry in the villages, product processing industry and tertiary industry are the main industries of the development of small towns.
